Today’s offer of foods, food products and luxury foods makes it often difficult to take the right choice. And what is the „right“ choice? The often-contradictory information we receive about healthy and non-healthy foods, diets and ways of nutrition make it rather difficult to take right choices.

As nutritional trainer I analyse your nutrition protocol and support you to reorganise your nutrition to a healthy one, as much as possible. If required, I will also accompany you to the supermarket or assist you with cooking healthy meals.

Personally, I follow the Paleo diet, eating like our ancestors did: back to natural and real foods and away from convenience food, preservatives and sugar. With a healthy nutrition and regular exercise our body is a perfect machine!
